Fit4Less Canada - Horrible customer service
this company has horrible slash non existent customer service - we paid for and didn't use a membership for four months then decided we had put it in the wrong name to begin with and they didn't even let us change it without paying a new set up fee even though it had never been used. i just cancelled it.
ridiculous! and they called this "membership experience". plus i had to call goodlife because fit4less doesn't even have their own customer service. i recommend going Anywhere else!!
We definitely will. Their excuse for not helping me was "these are the rules" - what the heck? why am i calling for help then? obviously i'm not taking advantage because no one has used the membership and i've already paid them almost $100 !
