Fit4Less Canada - Keep taking payments after cancelling membership
Buyer beware! I joined this gym over a year ago.
The place is always packed. they have seriously oversold their memberships.
My biggest complaint is that this company will keep taking auto payments even after being given notice in writing to cancel membership 45 days prior to annual anniversary date. Multiple phone calls have had no effect.
Staff at the Langley branch are rude on the phone and basically tell you it's not their problem. No one returns your call when you leave a message for the accounting department and the staff on site either don't care or are not able to help resolve your problems.
Reason of review: Problems with payment.
