Fit4Less Canada - Pissed off
I have explained to these people several times that because I had accidentally deleted my membership email that I was not able to obtain the card that i had signed up for. After the fact that i had emailed them telling them what had happened, so they decided to ignore my request to stop all payments because i was rejected the card based on an email that i had accidentally deleted. NOW THEY CONTINUE TO TAKE MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT EVEN THOUGH I HAD TOLD THEM TO STOP TAKING PAYMENTS BECAUSE THEY ARE NEGLIGENT AND TOLD ME I WOULD BE ABLE TO OBTAIN A CARD WITHOUT THE EMAIL ONLY TO BE DENIED WHEN I GOT THERE BECAUSE I IN FACT DID NOT HAVE THE EMAIL.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $300.
